Hosted in a restored manor house, this boutique hotel features a 15-metre saltwater pool and Groenberg Nature Reserve views. It offers various non-surgical rejuvenating treatments and wine tasting tours.
The resident chef specialises in game and seafood dishes. The rich breakfast includes exotic fruit salads, and home-made jams and muesli. Freshly baked treats are offered during the daily high tea.
Guests of the Grand Dédale Country House can enjoy a sunset on the Winelands, while sipping drinks on the veranda. In the tea lounge, there is a fireplace to relax in cooler evenings.
