This self-catering house and separate studio overlook historic Simons Town and offers luxury accommodation with panoramic sea, harbour and sun-set views. The town centre is a 4-minute walk away.
Including 24-hour monitored alarm systems and free parking, the guest units feature modern furnishings and are located in a cul-de-sac street . A well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette is offered in each.
The studio has a large balcony and the house has exclusive use of a balcony, garden, a private patio with a barbecue area, a lounge and a dining room.
Cleaning and laundry services are offered once a week. Additional cleaning is available on request.
Sea kayaking, diving and whale watching are available nearby, as well as shark diving and various boat trips. The many restaurants in the town centre offer a pleasant spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Directions from Cape Town Airport:
- Follow the N2 towards Cape Town.
- Take the M3 Muizenberg exit.
- Follow the motorway towards Muizenberg.
- When you reach a T-Junction, take the M42 Left or Right.
- Follow the signboards to Simons Town.
- Shortly after the train station, turn slightly right to follow "Alternate Route to Cape Point via Runciman Drive.
- Turn Right on Arsenal Road
- Turn Left on Cromwell Road.
- At first stop street, turn left on Goede Gift Road.
