Situated in the heart of the Cango Valley near Oudtshoorn, this guest house features elegantly decorated rooms with a private patio overlooking the Schoemanshoek Valley and the Swartberg Mountain Range.

The owner can help organise trips to the Karusa Winery (200 metres away), where guests can enjoy wine tasting with a cheese platter. It is also possible to order a picnic basket for a trip to the Rust and Vrede Waterfall (15 km).
The famous Swartberg Pass is only 15 km from the guest house. The Cango Caves and Cango Wildlife Ranch are less than a 10-minute drive away. |

From Oudtshoorn:
- Take the Cango Caves Route into Baron van Reede Road continue straight for approximately 15km;
- Look out for the signpost to Schoemanshoek on the left-hand side;
- Turn left into Schoemanshoek and drive directly toward the church;
- Die Fonteine Guesthouse is on the left-hand side, right after the bridge. |
