DIRECTIONS FROM GEORGE: Take the N2 to Knysna. Drive through Knysna past the hospital on the left (traffic light), pass one more traffic light and after the Kwikspar and Caltex garage on the right, at the bottom of the hill, turn right onto George Rex Drive. Proceed with the lagoon on your right, past the Premium Hotel Resort on the right, past the golf course on the left, past the turn-off to Leisure Isle on the right, staying on George Rex, all the way to the traffic circle. Proceed around the traffic circle and take the road down the hill towards the Heads. Just before the public parking area at the end of the road, you will see Augusta Bay on the left hand side. It is the large white building above the road, with flags flying
Directions from Plett:
Take the N2 to Knysna. After entering Knysna city limits, at the bottom of the hill, before the Caltex garage, turn left onto George Rex Drive. Proceed, with the lagoon on your right, past the Premium Hotel on the right, past the golf course on the left, past the turn-off to Leisure Isle on the right, staying on George Rex, all the way to the traffic circle. Proceed around the traffic circle and take the road down the hill towards the Heads. If the boom is manned, explain that you are a guest at Augusta Bay and have a parking space there. They will let you through. Just before the public parking area at the end of the road, you will see Augusta Bay on the left hand side.
